The leadership team is made up of myself as headteacher, Debbie Butcher as Consultant Headteacher and Duncan Beardwell as Head of School. along with Zulaikha Gordon (SENDCo) and Crissy Bellini (Lead EY). Together, we are responsible for the day to day running of the school.

The Inclusion Team work closely together to ensure that all of our children’s needs are met, irrespective of need. We work in partnership with parents and carers and class staff to support children in reaching their potential academically, socially and emotionally.

These are the subjects that children study during their class teachers’ non-contact time time where they plan, prepare and assess children’s learning (PPA). It is important at St Mary’s that every moment is a learning moment and that our children receive high quality teaching and provision in every lesson.
