Together, and in conjunction with school governors, we are responsible for the setting and leading on our school’s strategy for improvement. The details of this are set out clearly in our school improvement plan.

We are fully committed to ensuring that our children have access to the very best of everything that St Mary’s is able to offer. This includes high quality teaching in lessons, access to a rich and broad curriculum and the provision of opportunities that enhances our children’s happiness and wellbeing at school.

Our open-door policy means that any queries, concerns or issues raised by parents are dealt with as swiftly and as effectively as possible. We can usually be found on the gate in the morning as school starts or at the end of the afternoon during pick up time. We can also be contacted via the school offices and are happy to meet with parents and carers as required.
