Visions of the Week are: How We Show Our Vision Through Compassion & Responsibility
Each week, two children from each class are identified and celebrated for being Children of the Week for their class. One for demonstrating our Christian Vision of the week and the other for any other great reason.

Emilia has only recently joined our class and already she is showing the Christian values of friendship and community. She is setting in so well, making friends and working so hard in her lessons! I can already tell what a great addition she is to our Jade Class! Emmanuel has a heart of gold. He always shows such kindness, care and generosity to others and myself. He sets a great example for all of us in Jade class and I am so proud of him! |

Cataleya has been showing such growth and progress in her learning the last few weeks and it is really paying off! She listens attentively in her lessons and gets to work straight away during independent work with super focus throughout. I am so proud of all your hard work, Cataleya! Bethlehem has been absolutely smashing it with her learning and progression in class. She puts 100% effort into every task and has been writing incredible pieces in English! Her improvement across all areas is wonderful to see. I am proud of how Carmen asks for help when needed and takes feedback on board |

Frank displays the Christian value of friendship and compassion towards all his peers. He always looks out for his peers in the playground and the classroom. When he notices someone is hurt, he makes sure they are okay and shows an admirable level of kindness to all. Jono displays the Christian value of endurance each and every day. He is a quiet achiever who completes work in a timely manner and to a high standard. Jono is an inspirational worker to us all in Scarlet Class. |

The Christian value award goes to Deena for Friendship. She shows incredible kindness and thoughtfulness to everyone in Topaz class. Her ability to be a good friend and support others makes her a true role model. Well done Deena! Bruce has shown the Christian values of wisdom and endurance. Whilst working in the classroom, he has shared great knowledge in our RE topic this term with the whole of Topaz class and is always willing to help his peers. |

Eliab has worked extremely hard in our English unit on formal reports. He has shown commitment to excellence, attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively and clearly to his audience within his writing has truly stood out this week! Showing the values of wisdom and endurance, Wealthy has continued to make good contributions to our reading lessons and is applying the skills she has acquired very well during in our maths lessons – particularly with coordinates Yanet demonstrates the values of endurance and wisdom consistently across the curriculum but in particular recently during our writing lessons, diligently applying accurate speech punctuation while also incorporating other difficult grammar skills to enhance her writing |

Great passing and receiving in benchball this week. Has fantastic energy and enthusiasm for PE and showed a real talent in benchball this week! Showed his fantastic talent in basketball. Zani has been a great addition to the school. Works hard, listens well and has done very well in PE Showed talent and ability in basketball this week. Always gives 100% in every lesson and has made great progress in many sports this year! For making progress and showing perseverance in lessons and football club. Antonio is a great team player! Rapid progress in netball and football club, showing real talent. Created and performed a great dance with her classmates Showed ability and made progress in handball and benchball this term – great passing and catching and getting into space! |
