Summer Trips – Rectory Gardens & Church Lane

Please see previous newsletter for details of the Reception trip to Willows Farm.  Year 1 will be going to Paradise Wildlife Park on 11th July and Y4 are going to the Natural History Museum on 7th July and Go Ape on 18th July. What a great time they are having!

Nursery Outing to Little Angel Puppet Theatre

Nursery went on an outing last week to the Little Angel Puppet Theatre. No photos allowed of the production – I Want My Hat Back –  but they enjoyed it very much. They also liked their train trip and especially their packed lunch!

Y2 Go Ape

Y2 were very brave too and had a wonderful outing to Go Ape. Would you dare?

Y3 Went Ape

Y3 Emerald and Jade Class went to Alexandra Palace to Go Ape. It was a worrying start as the rains fell before they left but the sun came out and they had a fabulous day.

One child said he would find his brave!  There was a lot of courageous behaviour with nearly all children finishing both the courses and the zipline. They got to eat their packed lunch in the sunshine too!

Y5 Went to West Reservoir

Y5 had a great outing to West Reservoir near Manor House. They kayaked, canoed and all jumped in at the end. Luckily they had taken spare clothes! Everyone agreed it was “The Best Trip Ever”

Y6 Visited London Zoo

Year 6 had a wonderful, but very hot, day at London Zoo recently. The children and the animals were trying to keep cool in the shade.
