Y3 & Y4 Welcome Students From Hong Kong
Year 3 and 4 were very lucky to have our annual visit from a group of students from Hong Kong. There were 23 international students from City University of Hong Kong and the children learnt about traditions, language and significant elements of Chinese culture.
All children participated in games and made lanterns, origami animals and bookmarks. They provided a chopstick masterclass and gave the children a variety of gifts to end one of the most memorable afternoons of the year. This visit is organised by Helen Midhage (a former St Mary’s parent) who works for Middlesex University and we are very grateful for her continuing to bring her visitors.
