Y4 Visit Natural History Museum
Year 4 had a fantastic time at their school trip to the Natural History Museum on Friday 31st January. We spent the day exploring the interactive exhibits of the Earthquakes and Volcanoes room and even stood in a room that mimicked a real-life earthquake in Japan. We then went to a workshop where we learnt more about how earthquakes can cause volcanoes to erupt around the world. Alexander in Scarlet said, “I enjoyed the Japanese earthquake room because it was very realistic,” while Agnes said, “I liked it all!” Shawna was particularly impressed by the entrance into the museum. She expressed that “The whale as you walk into the museum is so impressive! It’s so big.” Year 4 all said it was a wonderful day and many even said they’d like to go back with their families at a later day.
