Y5 to the V&A
Year 5 went to the V&A on Monday to see the Islamic Art display, before we embark on our new topic in RE regarding Islam. All the children from both classes were so engaged and excited about all the artwork, artefacts and fashion/jewellery from that time.
Isabelle in Topaz class particularly loved the pottery with all its bright blues and greens and Hristina fell in love with the enormous knotted shrine carpets that dominated the room.
