International Evening 2024
We were very excited on Tuesday 21st May to welcome parents, families, carers and the children in to school to enjoy our International Evening. We came together to celebrate the wonderful cultural heritages and diversity of our families. We were overwhelmed with the generosity of those who donated incredible food to share and were wowed with the talents of children, parents and other relatives who entertained us during this special evening.
Thank you to everyone who came, donated food, performed, donated money and just generally cheered everyone on – you all made it a memorable evening. And a special thank you to Coren Peacock, our specialist music teacher, for pulling it all together.
The performers were (in order of appearance):-
- The Whole School – singing Tina Singu
- Kacia performing a poem in Portuguese with Mabel translating
- Safaa & Zelal – a Kurdish dance
