World Book Day 2022

The children had wonderful and imaginative costumes and really enjoyed sharing their love of reading. We had some fantastic assemblies. In Rectory Gardens they listened to the World Book Day song by MC Grammar and shared some of their favourite books, and Mr Henry read The Princess and the Pea retold by Rachel Isadora. In Church Lane they “dropped everything” to read a book throughout the day and shared their favourite books too. We love World Book Day!
