Year 6 investigate The Victorians

In English, Year 6 wrote newspaper reports about child labour in Victorian times.  In this work, they incorporated what they had learnt about life in Victorian times with their understanding of the key features of newspaper reports. In the reports, they included quotes from factory owners and also campaigners against child labour; they had very different views and gave different perspectives. ​
