Y2 Artwork with Ms Lincoln
Marigold and Buttercup children are studying the Great Fire of London and have been looking at the London skyline then versus now. Here are some examples of the artwork the children have created with Ms Lincoln, our specialist art teacher. They have explored blending techniques in their sunset backgrounds and created silhouettes using drawing inks and paper collage techniques. They were inspired by artworks by John Virtue, William Turner and Claude Monet and look incredibly effective.
