Y2 Trip to Hornsey Fire Station
In year 2, the children have learnt about the Great Fire of London. In the last week of term, Buttercup Class and Marigold Class took a trip to Hornsey Fire Station were they were learning about how fire stations work and all the apparatus needed to help people in an emergency. The children thoroughly enjoyed this trip and even experienced what happens in a fire station during a real call out alarm and how quickly the fire fighters have to work together to leave the station
