Band Perform At St Paul’s Cathedral
Our wonderful band, Freya, Jah’mai, Liberty, Maia, Naomi E, Raphael, Tatum and Walter went to St Paul’s Cathedral today to take part in a very special LDBS celebration of Anglican schools in London.
Over 1,500 people were expected to be in attendance and St Mary’s joined forces with Kentish Town Primary School to play some pieces of music in the incredible space that is St Pauls as part of the service.
The behaviour of all our children was outstanding, and they performed with confidence and talent.
Thank you to Ms Vidic and Ms Grierson for accompanying the children, and to Parent Governor, Javi, for supporting too.
It was an incredible honour for our children to perform in such an iconic place and we are so proud of them all. The biggest thanks go to Ms Peacock for pulling it all together and having the idea to join two schools together to create such a memorable concert.
