25 Apr Priory Park Playground Development Project
Helping Shape The Changes In Priory Park
We had a great visit today from Emma, a Community Engagement and Partnerships Officer within the Parks Service at Haringey Council to help with the consultation to develop plans for a new playground in Priory Park. She was joined by Anne, Parks Project Officer.
A group of 9 children from Y3 and Y4 classes met with them to look at the proposals and to offer their feedback. Emma and Anne were very impressed with how seriously the children took their tasks and also with the suggestions and feedback they gave. It’s fantastic for our young people to be involved in grass roots planning and to be able to see how their involvement can shape their environment.

My favourite part is that we are actually part of the changes in Priory Park
