When I Grow Up Day 2023

How lovely to be able to hold our fifth When I Grow Up Day and the first since 2020.

We were delighted to welcome visitors into our school, and show videos from others that were not able to come in. Thank you so much to the following for giving up their time and sharing their knowledge with the children.  The volunteers shared information about how they came to be in their chosen profession/job, what qualifications they needed, what specialist equipment they used and favourite and least favourite bits and many more helpful tips and inspiration.

Also thank you to London Fire Brigade, Hornsey, for coming along with their fire engine and giving the younger children such a treat.

We also watched videos from Khayon Edwards, former pupil, who plays for Arsenal U21 and Jeni Warner, parent of Ella & Jono, who is a GP.
